Academic Progress
You may view the status of your Academic Progress for financial aid purposes. If students do not maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress, they may lose eligibility for federal and state financial aid, as well as also certain institutional awards. Generally, students must complete two-thirds (67%) of the courses they attempt in order to maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress. Students will be notified by email and/or letter if they fail to maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress. Further information regarding Satisfactory Academic Progress is found here.

Cost of Attendance
This section indicates the estimated Costs of Attendance for the selected award year. The Student Financial Planning Office uses a total estimated budget amount to determine eligibility for need-based financial aid, based on FAFSA information received from the student. (Your actual statement (or bill) for each term will only reflect actual tuition/fees and will differ significantly from your cost of attendance.)
Once statements for students' accounts are calculated, they may be accessed on BearPort on the "Account Summary" page on the Student Services menu. Statements for each semester are sent by the Bursar's Office a few weeks before each term begins.
